Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach. [1, 2, 3]
  • Client Consultation & Needs Analysis: Meet with prospects—either virtually or in-person—to understand their pain points and business requirements. [1, 2]
  • Product/Service Presentations: Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs) of your offerings through tailored demonstrations and pitches. [1, 2]
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Address customer objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize sales agreements. [1, 2]
  • Relationship Management: Provide post-sales support, address concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products. [1, 2]
  • Pipeline & Record Maintenance: Log all sales activities, client interactions, and progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate records. [1, 2]
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, pricing models, and competitor strategies to adjust your sales approach.
